I have been training for over 15 years and coaching for more than a decade. In that time I have worked with people from all walks of life. Complete beginners, experienced lifters, people recovering from injury, and everyone in between.

What I have learned is that most people fail not because of lack of effort, but because their training lacks structure, their nutrition lacks precision, and they have no one holding them accountable week to week.
